The normal process is one would do "mvn deploy" and the things would go to
the repository at the right places...
This would go to the releases, unless the artifact is a snapshot, where it
will go the snapshots repository...

In this case, because I didn't know... and possibly others didn't know the
revision and didn't have a pom from the developer, it was added to 3rd
party.
