Harsha, I can put these into trunk for you. In TRUNK-3040<https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/TRUNK-3040>, your attachment is named messages_SL.properties. Firstly, the localization code should be lowercase (no problem to address as I commit your file); I've edited this page <https://wiki.openmrs.org/x/ZIHP> to make that clearer. Secondly, should this actually be messages_*si*.properties? According to ISO 639-1<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes>, the 2-letter code for Sinhalese is "si" and the code "sl" is for Slovene.
Also, we can start using Amanuens <http://amanuens.com> for translations in trunk as soon as TRUNK-3042 <https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/TRUNK-3042>is resolved. I'll go ahead and invite you to Amanuens OpenMRS <http://my.amanuens.com/openmrs/> as a step in that direction (expect an e-mail from Amanuens soon).
