If you've got your svn username and password configured in your maven settings.xml, you should just be able to do a mvn release:prepare and it will prompt you for the version number and then handle incrementing it and tagging it for you:

Hi All, I wanted to release an alpha of the Reporting REST module, and I realized that I can't do that because we haven't released a recent version of the base REST web service module. Does anyone see a reason not to release the current RESTWS code as 0.9? (And remind me, to release a maven module, I just have to do a clean update, set the right version in pom.xml, and do mvn deploy, and upload to the module repo, right?) -Darius ________________________________ Click here to unsubscribe<mailto:[email protected]?body=SIGNOFF%20openmrs-devel-l> from OpenMRS Developers' mailing list _________________________________________ To unsubscribe from OpenMRS Developers' mailing list, send an e-mail to [email protected] with "SIGNOFF openmrs-devel-l" in the body (not the subject) of your e-mail.
