Do we intend to continue v1 support in future versions for backwards
compatibility, or will an upgrade to the next version be v2 for all, or
what's the plan for that nomenclature?

Was the plan to support *most* OpenMRS data/metadata with this version? If
so, I think there are a few important objects that still need modeled:
Forms and Relationships (and I made tickets
RESTWS-201<https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/RESTWS-201>and
RESTWS-202 <https://tickets.openmrs.org/browse/RESTWS-202> for what I've
found lacking).
