@jzonthemtn - wondering if you can weigh in on this... I reran the evals and there's 12 failures. But understandable ones and recognize the tests were written for this reason. So give me a sec - I'll make them backward compatible right now. I'm assuming for now that's how we want to move forward. We can go either direction - and I don't mind either way. I'll mark the legacy one as deprecated - but open to any way to handle it.
