I'll open an dev thread to discuss documentation on a 3.0 release - every PR should have javadoc first, documentation second, a separate README.md if it's warranted, and only then (new frontier) we would add a blog post if warranted (there are a couple features here I feel strongly should have an article). I really think queuing up some unpublished blogs is a good key to promoting 3.0 so we can have a steady stream of new articles with 0 work, so I'll bring up this idea in another thread. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
