What does it mean for our upcoming respin of AOO 3.4.1? Taking the
discussion into account I plan to do the following.

1. copy the new src release ("") to
www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/3.4.1/source besides the former 3.4.1
src release. Please notice that the name includes now a revision number.

2. copy the the new binaries besides the existing ones under
www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/files/stable/3.4.1
www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/files/localized/ast/3.4.1
www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/files/localized/da/3.4.1
www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/files/localized/eu/3.4.1
www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/files/localized/gd/3.4.1
www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/files/localized/pl/3.4.1
www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/files/localized/ko/3.4.1
www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/files/localized/nb/3.4.1
www.apache.org/dist/incubator/ooo/files/localized/sv/3.4.1

With the next release AOO 4.0 we will have a new name without
"incubating" and I plan to reorganize the directory structure to
simplify it. I know we had a discussion about it in the past and I will
continue there or will start a new thread on this topic separately. I
would like to plan this asap to be prepared and to have enough time to
adapt the download scripts etc.
