Sure, I'll try to have a couple of simple A3 printouts (or A4 if I don't manage
to print in A3) with the full devroom schedule.
An important detail: in the organizer's list of stands that you forwarded, the
Apache OpenOffice stand was called "AOO". This is hard to understand for people
who are not familiar with the project. Our devroom is called "Apache OpenOffice"
and our stand should be called "Apache OpenOffice" too, not "AOO". Maybe you can
check with them that they will use "Apache OpenOffice" if they make
posters/signage/booklets with the list of all stands?
I agree with Andrea.
People outside our community and user base first have to learn the abbreviation
"AOO".
