Yes 26 seems to be Japanese. Difficult to know if Chinese are just more ready to use English - my limited experience seemed to suggest otherwise since few spoke English at the recent international university education conference I was speaking at. Had an interpreter, line by line. No-one seemed to know much about FOSS. Perhaps we just have a very big potential but untapped market in China ;-).
