Your website tries to pawn people off on each other, twitter, FAQ that don't apply, "documents", etc. etc. instead of just getting down to giving support. VERY FRUSTRATING.
So I finally found this email address and hopefully a real person will respond. I have Open Office 3.3, which came with my reconditioned computer when I bought it. Suddenly it won't let me specify margins no matter what I try (through right-click, format-page, whatever). The ruler has no slider on the right to adjust -- it just disappeared. Now what??? sandy
