With the commit for this bug, in AOO413 you can use Perl from CentOS
repos, see

yum install \
        perl-libwww-perl \
        perl-Archive-Zip \
        perl-Digest-SHA \
        perl-XML-Parser \
        perl-Crypt-SSLeay \
