Until someone develops that extension, you can always use the fantastic, distraction free FocusWriter https://gottcode.org/focuswriter/ Just enable the typewriter sounds under Settings > Preferences > General > Typewriter sounds For an added nostalgia, under Settings > Themes, switch to Old School ;)
