Hello Regina,

I think I have seen it alongside with all the other pages, but I have been
working from this page for some reason :
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Windows

We ought to recommend that page from the other Windows Build Pages, and the
main, general build page to direct new people to the proper source.

Is there another way to build OOo, other than with Cygwin?  Does the MinGW
version of the tool chain work?  If not, should it?  Are there any other
known good windows build environments?
