There may be cases, such as wanting to visualise the data changes, or  
where the user has reverted their good change (in the same change set)  
and wants it back (only realising some time after quiting the editor).  
Hence why you should send all changes back. It could always be made  
optional, as to whether the intermediate changes are returned.
