Hi, I've downloaded Ruby Instant Rails 2.0... MySQL... installed both, created a new openstreetmap Database with the MySQL commandline tool, but don't know how to initialize the db scheme. Perhaps someone has a step by step list how to install an OSM Server with Windows?
