+1 Nick, a better (possibly pedantic) way would be that Mapzen POI Collector has had the 4th greatest reach (number of users) since each of the editors started putting the created_by tags on the changesets, rather than the nodes, ways and relations. This was done at different times for each editor, and then some users may still be using an old enough editor that it may still not be happening for a handful of users.
