generally speaking yes, although at rush hour times it could well be that the vehicles only moved a few meters in 30 seconds ;-) Still, it would be important to know the accuracy of the single measurements, if it was only around 50 meters this could be fine for many applications but for OSM it would be almost useless... cheers, Martin
