+1 I've created a similar page [1] while Geode was under incubation and it was often used as a reference when talking with mentors.
Although I'm new to this community, I'd also vote for the Wiki instead of Git, just 'cause I feel like it's simpler for anyone to edit. The page Matt referenced is more of a general status and usually does not have this level of detail. Just my 2c.
