True, that's one of the otrs-forums out there, which I was talking
about. Maybe this wiki could be (used for)/(reachable via)
wiki.otrs.org. Your wiki is quite good - it just needs an international
or English version.

I think otrs.org should be THE platform for the otrs community. Right
now one has to search for such forums via <place search engine name
here>. They are not easily accessible via otrs.org. Therefore I like the
idea of addons.otrs.org or wiki.otrs.org.

Martin, what do you think?
