I want to reanimate the discussion or more the proposal for a place like addons.otrs.org. There have already been some communication with Andre Bauer who provides otrs-forum.de. Thanks to Andre for his offer. Apparently, OTRS's been a bit too busy to pursue this idea any further in the last few months.
