Hello Balázs, the missing strings will be fixed when we switch to OTRS 5. The script collecting all translatable strings is better in this release, it can also find strings in the perl code. Please see http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/developer/5.0/en/html/localization-translation-mechanism.html for details.
