- The SHA-512 checksum is valid.
- The source artifact and RC tag signatures are valid against the Apache
Paimon KEYS.
- The source archive has the expected layout and version metadata.
- The source artifact is reproducible byte-for-byte from tag v0.3.0-rc4.
- Apache RAT reports no unknown licenses.
- No unexpected compiled binaries are included in the source archive.
- The Release Candidate workflow passed with both GCC 14 and Clang.

I consider the candidate suitable for release.
