The two failures were isolated to Lumina’s prebuilt x86 library receiving SIGILL under ARM→x86 QEMU; a standalone Lumina smoke test reproduced the same limitation. The native GCC 14 and Clang CI passed 39/39 tests, installation, and external-consumer smoke tests. - RC4’s Parquet regressions and Java-generated commit-message v12 compatibility tests passed.
