I have verified the following:

- The SHA-512 checksum is valid.
- The signatures for the source artifact and RC tag are valid against the 
Apache Paimon KEYS.
- The source archive contains the expected layout and version metadata.
- The source artifact can be built byte-for-byte from tag v0.3.0-rc4 
successfully.
- Apache RAT reports no unknown licenses.
- No unexpected compiled binaries are present in the source archive.
- The release candidate workflow passed successfully with both GCC 14 and Clang.
