I have tested this already and it does work :-) But I'll work on comparing
using the column chunk size info to page level to make make case more
compelling.
That said, I would argue that if the purpose of the Column/Offset indexes is
to do page pruning to reduce I/O, then decoded page size is a valid part of
that pruning calculation. And it _would_ be less work for all involved if that
page size is added now rather than as follow-on work.
