Hey Dave I tried your code (applying on top of latest in trunk) while using the
jpedal jbig2 decoder jar (http://www.jpedal.org/support_JBIG.php) and one of my
pdf's actually did render. Thanks a lot for that!
Another one did not however and the one attached to this bug report did not
either. I tried using the jbig2-imagio jar as well but that caused a lot of
debug errors and none of the jbig2 encoded pdfs rendered as images correctly.
