I think jpedal is a dead end. They want you to buy version 2 and version 1 is
slow and buggy. I think we should push the jbig2-imagio, guys and see if we can
not get the bugs fixed.
What we should do is take the samples, pull the images into valid jbig2 files
and open bug tickets with jbig2-imagio and see if we can get anywhere with
them. I already have one bug report open, I am sure with a couple of samples
they will be keen to fix.
