IMHO, it isn't that important how to do that change. Rename it if it is just the
name. If the format chages too, remove it and create the new one.
b) enhance the content to provide a little more background and infos wrt to the
PDF spec what the package covers as a first step.
I guess that's the more important part. Sounds good, so go ahead.
