I've been reviewing Transparency_group_rewrite3.patch. It doesn't apply cleanly
anymore. It seems like there's multiple different things going on and it'd be
good to split the patch into smaller patches, so that it'd be easier to
understand. E.g. the changes to PDExtendedGraphicsState seem like a no-op
unless I'm missing something. As another example, we could also have one patch
that just adds the file PDTransparencyGroup and uses it without other changes.
I think there's also some file renames. It'd be easier to do those independent
of other changes
