This is a closed issue so you can't add images. However your problem is likely
related to PDFBOX-4863 and possibly fixed, try a snapshot
[https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots/org/apache/pdfbox/pdfbox-app/2.0.21-SNAPSHOT/]
if it doesn't work, reopen that issue or create a new one.
