I misunderstood what "nekkudot" is despite googling. Assuming that this is a
combination like accents in latin scripts, are there any unicode symbols that
combine the letter and the nekkudot? If yes and if they are in the font then
these should be used. If no, then we can't do it, i.e. then it's the same
problem that we can't do arabic properly.
