Me too. I don't think this is a bug, since it behaves normally for a
Perl hash. It's been documented now, and I think that should be
the end
of it.

As much as I can remeber, wenever a user was caught by this bug, it
was , 95% of
the time, because they expected that $r->pnotes behaved like a hash
even though it didn't
quite so.
