Thanks for asking, [~ndimiduk]. I'm fine either way - which ever works better
for you. In theory, there shouldn't be any changes between master and 4.0, as
the two haven't diverged in terms of any features. Make sure you put it in the
4.0 branch (and, yes that's a messed up name :-) ), and *not* the 4.2 branch.
