Jeffrey Zhong commented on PHOENIX-1142:
----------------------------------------

I've switched to IntelliJ recently and being familiar with it. I'll clean up
the imports upon I check the patch in. I created the patch against 4.0 and
seems I can also apply to master by using the command "patch -p0 <
PHOENIX-1142.patch"

> Currently, the CsvBulkLoadTool uses a single 'default' format to parse dates
> from the source CSV file. This can sometimes cause issues when the date
> fields don't match this default format.
> Would it be possible to add a method for specifying / overriding the
> 'default' date format?
