[~ndimiduk] - FYI, we typically set the fixVersion field as a kind of last step
when a JIRA is committed to that branch. It represents the release in which the
fix will occur, so in this case, it'd be 4.4 and perhaps 4.3.1, depending on
the consensus and how the RM feels about it.
