Also, add a few tests where ARRAY_APPEND is used in a WHERE clause for a
column, like this:
{code}
SELECT * FROM T WHERE ARRAY_APPEND(col,'foo')=ARRAY('a','b,'foo');
{code}
You'll see what I mean about the way ArrayAppendFunction is constructed on the
server side if you put a breakpoint in the default constructor.
