Seems likely. Windows and macos are case insensitive.
bq. Also, any idea if dropping the license files from the packaged jar files is
ok? I assume it is, but I'm curious if there is any responsibility to deliver
the license files with the compiled jars.
I think we should keep the license files in the jars to err on the safe side.
The patch LGTM otherwise.
