[~enis] I think that the two license files are coming from different source
jars, so when we create our uber jar, if we put these two license files under a
different path in the uber jar then this issue would be resolved.
On the other hand, if we can confirm that the two license files actually
contain the same content (or if we can make the assumption that it's ok to just
drop one of the license files), then the current patch is a non-issue.
