[~enis] from my read of the patch, all it does is drop the license files from
the jar to avoid getting into the issue of trying to overwrite "LICENSE" with
"license" on a case-insensitive file system. If we want to support running on
case-insensitive file systems, we'll need to do something else here.
[~ayingshu] any other ideas of something you can do with maven to allow the
license files to stay within the packaged jar, but avoid the case-insensitivity
issues?
