built phoenix master branch (with the RC0 and there isn't any code change
in RC1 so I didn't do it again) - OK

build phoenix 4.x with thirdparty 2.0.0 - OK


checked on RC1:
phoenix-thirdparty built OK

mvn clean apache-rat:check - OK


Release Notes: OK


Signature and checksum OK

Maven artifacts in staging repository look good now :)
