I feel that is more confusing, it gives the impression PigStats extends
PigStatsBase. However, it is a separate family: PigStatsUtilBase ->
MRPigStatsUtil -> PigStatsUtil
bq. 2) Can we mark both the new classes as Evolving?
I think we will have a follow up for PIG-3419 to remark all new interfaces. But
if you want me to mark the affected classes in this patch, I can also do that.
