StackConfigurer is very important element of project SPI. It does configure
netty pipelines and links together malformed payload discarder / packet size
estimator.
Currently StackConfigurer has no access to configuration even if it is
available early on. Stack configuration creation on implemented drivers also
miss access to actual transport making it hard to re-use these parts when
designing more advanced transport/application layer scenarios.
