Moving proposed method to connection fits better, because there are drivers for which we either have write (publish) or subscribe - for example Generic CAN. From future point of view, moving it to connection will also fit listen only radio/broadcast protocols, where we have no way to explicitly read information. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
