Meanwhile, you have expressed a -1 and can not provide a specific reason to back it up. I would strongly suggest that the appropriate time to bring up such an objection is when you have the data to back it up. Feel free to say "I told you so" at that time.
I do have part of the data and am in the process of gathering more and have complied with requests to do so and offered. Overriding my -1 is a bit rash. Patent searches often take weeks or years, you are requiring me to do one faster. You will need to forcibly remove me/my commit privs from the project in order to override my -1. I do not accept that I've not provided valid reasons and am not working to provide more. I'm frankly willing to be kicked out of the project that I founded by Microsoft/SourceSense/Apache rather than sign my good name on to what is frankly a sloppy job on the legal side.
