Generally I'd say that if you can close it all in one go (or close to), keep it as-is. However, if you fix one part but not another, and especially if there may be more than one question outstanding about different parts, then split.

Otherwise, I'd say follow the principle that as long as it's clear to everyone what's going on, go for whatever takes the least work for you so you can spend the longest coding! :)
