No preference, except for "early and often". :)  I'll apply the temporary 
workaround patch for 56880 now unless there are objections.

3.14 final would be good, release early, release often :)

The JaCoCo plugin for Jenkins (which I maintain currently, btw) had a
backwards incompatible change forced by jacoco itself, so we will just need
to use the matching version of JaCoCo. We currently have 0.7.4, so an
update to 0.7.5 should make it work again.
