Hi everyone The vote failed on the incubator mailing list [1]. Before we can automate a release process, the ASF Infra/Security team has to review the release process. This step was overlooked during the development of release automation and is a blocker for RC2.
JB had opened https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-27430 to track the request for a GPG key. We are going to reuse this ticket to get proper approval. I will start the RC3 release process as soon as INFRA-27430 is fully done, using the workflows again. Let me know if you would rather cut RC3 immediately and revert to a manual release.
