Thanks for the update and for continuing to push this forward. I really
appreciate you keeping everyone informed and driving the process despite
the Infra delays.

One question that might help with alignment. Do you have a rough cutoff in
mind for when we would decide to fall back to a manual release if there is
still no signal from ASF Infra? Having a clear point in time could help set
expectations and planning on the dev side and user side.
