Hi, In the hope to be of use in the development of OOo some time, I currently try to build OOo680m71. Thanks to all of you providing help, nevertheless I am currently stuck and have some questions:
1) ./configure with basically the same options Eric B. provided gives me checking for freetype2 >= 2.0 ... Package freetype2 was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `freetype2.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'freetype2' found configure: error: Library requirements (freetype2 >= 2.0 ) not met; consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them. I have not set PKG_CONFIG_PATH. 2) If there is a new milestone, do I have to download the whole source tree again? 3) What exactly is m71sxxx what you are speaking about here? 3) How long will the build process approximately take? I have an iBook G4 1GHz. Thanks!
