Is it possible to use /Application/OpenOffice.org as the default
destination of OOo for Mac OS X? I am sure that a lot of users get
confused when OpenOffice.org installls itself into /opt even though
this directory is there and favoured by Apple to place non system
binaries there but all in all the Mac OS X users are used to have
their programms in /Applications and not in /opt and even if the
installers pops up and shows that OOo is installed in /opt a week
later you will have forgottten that and begin a search for OOo.

Same for the User installation this should as it currently is be
placed in ~/Application Support/OpenOffice.org1.1.4

The rest sounds O.K.

I'll take a look at m79.

Regards,
Eric Hoch
